Clicking My Info menu on the WebOPAC homepage will display the login screen for the borrower. Enter ‘User Name/ ID Number ’, ‘Password’ and click Login button. If user forgets the password then click Forgot Password? Forgot Password page will get open showing text box User Name / ID Number. Enter valid borrower ID who has valid email id and click submit then, message’ New Password is sent to your registered email address’ will be displayed. An email will be sent to specified with new random password copy that password and paste into password field and click Login button. Various menu options will appear for the logged in borrower.
