| Summary/Abstract |
Frank and Joe have the ultimate case on their hands: to judge the sleuthing skills of five teen detectives in a contest sponsored by Teenway magazine. The contest takes place on a Caribbean Cruise ship. Some suspicious pranks threaten toruin the contest: one of the contest interns nearly falls overboard.
