Summary/Abstract |
A 3 part video. Part 1, Floods, The deforestation and environmental destruction of many parts of India are causing the rivers to silt up. This is a contributing factor for the increase of floods. Part 2, Drought. The deforestation has lead to increased doughts as the water that falls runs off and is not kept in the environment. part 3 Agenda for change. This part details what has to be done to protect the environment by ecologically sound development, the protection and careful use of resouces and stop the environmental destruction. With an increasing population the challenge is enormous.
